3、 How to choose instrument specifications?
Cleaning chamber volume: The cleaning chamber volume determines the number of containers to be cleaned in a single operation, as well as the specifications of the instrument;
Control method: The integrated full-color LCD touch screen is superior to the knob button type. Note: Handheld full-color touch screen control terminals on the market have poor applicability and use data cable connections, making operation inconvenient (they are only additional optional accessories added to respond to high-end machine configurations, and their applicability is not significant);Laboratory bottle washing machine
Instrument control: parameters such as cleaning temperature, time, water source, drying (temperature, time), rinsing, etc. can be set freely. What is the number of programs, and whether the program can be called (PLC control has calls). The full-color touch screen method is generally superior, and all parameters of the LCD screen can be freely set, with multiple programs to meet different cleaning needs;
Note: In terms of the number of cleaning layers, the upper and lower layers of the configuration above double layers should simultaneously meet the cleaning requirements for 10-250ml volumetric bottles and 1L sampling bottles. Both upper and lower end machines can be equipped with double-layer or three-layer cleaning racks. Although the number of cleaning layers may be the same for upper and lower end machines, due to the space problem of their cleaning compartments, cleaning size and quantity, low-end machines can only clean small-sized vessels and a small amount of vessels with the same or more layers, resulting in poor cleaning applicability. Should not be misled by sales personnel's biased cleaning layers;
