My Ten Years with Eurping | Impressions on Attending the Munich Shanghai Analytical Biochemistry Exhibition

Hello everyone, I am Xia Guangqiang, the sales manager of Tianjin Eurping Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. On July 11, 2023, the 11th Munich Shanghai Analytical China opened at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai), and I, as a representative of Tianjin Language Bottle, once again came to the exhibition site.

When I first graduated from university, I joined Eurping. Over the past decade, as a member of Eurping Company, I have witnessed its growth. Eurping, as the first and only company I joined after graduation, has also witnessed my growth.

During the time of striving in Eurping, there were many unforgettable experiences. Today, I would like to share the story of a large pharmaceutical company that I was responsible for, and was particularly important and outstanding, during my nearly 10 years in office.

At the end of 2022, I received a call from the teacher of this pharmaceutical company, who was reporting their procurement plan for next year and planned to purchase another bottle washing machine from us. I am very happy to hear this news because in the nearly ten years to date, this customer has purchased ten different models of bottle washing machines from us. I sometimes wonder, what is the reason why such an excellent pharmaceutical company has steadfastly chosen to cooperate with us for ten years? I want to tell you some small stories between us, and perhaps we have the answer.

In 2015, during my initial employment, this pharmaceutical company purchased our first bottle washing machine, which was mainly used to clean containers such as volumetric flasks, injection bottles, and test tubes. As a leading pharmaceutical enterprise, this equipment is required to be used under the API QC department, which requires high cleanliness and stability of the equipment.

After the steps of technical communication, purchase, and supply, we immediately arrived at the installation verification stage. To be honest, the first verification process was not very smooth. The verification cycle of this equipment lasted for a long time, which involved changes to the verification plan, improvement of sampling methods, and some other on-site issues. In order to ensure that the verification of the instrument can pass smoothly, we and the teacher responsible for the verification at that time have put in a lot of effort.

When the validation is completed,It's getting late, too,I hurried to the hotel, and just as I was about to arrive, the client suddenly called, Xiao Xia, I know it's getting late now, but because our project is at a critical juncture, I still need to modify the content of the validation plan we made today. Can you please come back and cooperate with me? "Without hesitation, I said," Okay, I'll be here right now. "So I took a taxi back to the client's unit and worked with the teacher to redo the details of the plan.

As it was also the first time the client had established a standardized cleaning laboratory, they were very cautious about cleaning validation. I remember working late that day and after several discussions and modifications, the plan was finally finalized and the validation and acceptance work was successfully completed. After this verification experience, the customer gave high praise to our products and after-sales service, which was also a very valuable and rare experience for me, who had just graduated at that time. Later, this client's headquarters and Shanghai R&D center successively purchased 10 sets of equipment.

This year, I also took the opportunity of a follow-up visit and went to Linhai once again. I arrived at the place where the first equipment was installed at that time, and my heart was filled with a warm feeling, as if I had met an old friend. When I saw that our cleaning machine was still running normally, the familiar feeling returned. Everything before seemed to be in my mind, and I also grew from a young and inexperienced boy to a skilled old employee. Later, I visited several teachers one by one to understand the current usage of the equipment. The laboratory teacher also highly recognizes the efficiency of the bottle washing machine, which not only frees up the hands of the experimental personnel, improves work efficiency, but also makes the testing work more accurate! The cleaning machine is used every day and is very stable, and the cleaning effect is always guaranteed.

I checked the customer's usage records and still maintained a daily usage rate of 3-4 times. After nearly 10 years of use, the appearance inevitably has a sense of vicissitudes, but the function is intact and the work is still ongoing. This year, due to the expansion of a new laboratory, the department plans to purchase an additional bottle washing machine from us, and the old washing machine will continue to be used to emit light and heat. Our story with this client is still ongoing.

In the future, we will also regularly visit our old customers, and the positive feedback from our teachers will be the best medal in the language bottle.
