Laboratory bottle washing machines need to be well maintained in low temperature winter
eurping lab washer, like humans, need to be well maintained in low temperature winterIt is winter, and most areas in the north are already below zero. People should pay attention to maintenance during winter, such as preventing dry cracks, and lab washer are also very popular. In winter, more attention should be paid to maintenance and anti freezing work. Now let's take a look at the winter maintenance measures for the lab washer.
1、 Antifreeze measures
1. There are more rainy and snowy weather in winter, so attention should be paid to the placement of instruments. Try to stay away from windows and avoid rain and snow erosion.
2. Use thermal insulation materials such as thermal insulation cotton or plastic foam to protect the parts of the instrument that are easy to freeze and are afraid of freezing, and arrange special personnel to regularly check whether the thermal insulation materials are in good condition.
3. If there is no heating or the ambient temperature is low, it is recommended that everyone take the following protective measures:
(1) After using the lab washer, cut off the power and turn off the water supply equipment.
(2) Disconnect the connection between the inlet pipe and the inlet valve, and wait for any remaining water to be drained before reconnecting.
(3) Remove the filter assembly from the bottom of the inner container and use a sponge to absorb the moisture from the cup.
2、 Maintenance points
1. During the operation of the lab washer, please do not open the compartment door casually to avoid heat loss and affect the drying effect (hot steam may also cause injury to laboratory personnel). The Dubert lab washer is equipped with an efficient steam condenser, which does not emit steam indoors and reduces safety hazards.
2. After each use, cut off the water source and slightly open the warehouse door to avoid dampness and odor. Gently wipe the instrument with a soft cloth to dry it.
3. The weather is cold and the inlet water temperature is low. The following two points should be noted:
(1) If the water temperature is too low, it will increase the power consumption of the heating device, and equipment descaling work should be done well.
(2) If the inlet water temperature is too low, spots or film like substances may appear on the cleaned glassware. It is recommended to start the instrument and let it run for 18-22 minutes before entering the main washing stage.
In the cold and dry winter season, in addition to necessary antifreeze protection for laboratory bottle washing machines, it is also necessary to standardize usage details and do daily maintenance. Only in this way can the equipment be used longer and its economic benefits be realized.
